An all day walk around Hitchin of approx. 20kms (13 miles) starting and finishing in the town centre, passing through nature reserves and pretty villages, farmland and woodland along footpaths and ancient tracks. If you would like a shorter walk there are several places to leave along the way. Return to Hitchin about 4pm. Bring a packed lunch and sturdy shoes or boots. Suitable for children over 10.
